We recognize that it is hard for you to know how much you should be paying for your repair & maintenance needs. That's why we offer flexible engagements on a best-effort basis for Time and Materials expended with daily payments, without a big commitment or negotiating hassle.
This way you are not committing thousands of dollars before any workers have even showed up and likewise, we are not compiling large receivables for labor that cannot be refunded.
Terms for New Customers
- $ 250 deposit up front, will be counted toward last day's labor once work starts.
- Day Rate of $ 500 for two people including supervisor. Minimum of $ 75 per service call.
- Payment via cash or Zelle® bank network.
No credit card payments
- Payment for each day's work due prior to the next day's beginning or 24 hours (whichever is sooner)
- Materials and supplies should be purchased by the customer or paid in advance if you want us to shop for them.
Note that with HomeDepot and many other vendors, you can order materials online for delivery to your house, or designate Tracy Calvert to pick up the items at the store.- Home Depot in Galveston

- No travel charges if work is performed on Galveston island and materials are sourced on the island.
- Travel charges may apply if we have to travel off the island to pickup materials for your job.
- Dump hauloff fee of $ 500 per trailer load or fraction thereof
